Terms of Service

1. Service Description

NSPIRE Ready ("the Service"), operated by Thompson Strategic Ventures, LLC, provides a self-inspection checklist tool and AI-assisted photo analysis to help landlords and property managers prepare rental units for HUD NSPIRE-V inspections.

2. Not an Official Inspection

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for an official HUD NSPIRE inspection conducted by REAC-authorized inspectors. Results generated by this tool — including readiness scores, reports, and certificates — are for preparation purposes only and carry no regulatory or legal standing with any Public Housing Authority (PHA) or government agency.

3. AI Photo Analysis Disclaimer

The AI-powered photo analysis feature provides automated assessments of inspection items based on photographs you submit. These assessments are estimates and may not be accurate in all cases. You should not rely solely on AI analysis results. Always use your own judgment and, when in doubt, consult a qualified professional.

4. Payments and Refunds

The Readiness Report and Certificate are available for a one-time payment of $29 per inspection, processed securely through Stripe. Because the report is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact support@nspirecheck.com.

5. Account and Data

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Inspection data, photos, and reports are stored securely and associated with your account. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@nspirecheck.com.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: preparing rental units for NSPIRE-V inspections. You will not use the Service to generate fraudulent documentation, misrepresent property conditions, or submit AI-generated results as official inspection findings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Thompson Strategic Ventures, LLC is not liable for any failed inspections, loss of Housing Assistance Payments (HAP), or other damages arising from use of this tool. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
