When you use NSPIRE Ready, we collect:

• Account information: email address and name when you create an account.
• Property information: addresses, unit numbers, and unit configurations you enter.
• Inspection data: your responses to checklist items and any notes you add.
• Photos: images you upload for AI analysis, stored securely in our cloud storage.
• Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, only a record that payment was made.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide the self-inspection checklist and scoring.
• Process photos through AI analysis (Anthropic Claude) to assess inspection items.
• Generate your Readiness Report and Certificate.
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Send you service-related emails (report delivery, account updates).

3. AI Photo Analysis

Photos you upload are sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Photos are processed in real time and are not used to train AI models. The AI provides an assessment of whether an inspection item appears to pass or fail based on the image. We retain photos in your account for your reference and to generate reports.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted on AWS) with row-level security policies ensuring you can only access your own data. Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase: authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Anthropic (Claude): AI photo analysis.
• Vercel: application hosting.

Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your inspection data, photos, and reports are retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing support@nspirecheck.com. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Export your inspection data and reports.

8. Children's Privacy

This Service is intended for property owners and managers who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on the Service.
